As the year ramps up, so do the many opportunities to get your business recognised for its good work through an award.

Awards are not just about bragging rights (although that comes with the territory), but more to show you’ve been judged in the best-of-best by your peers or a panel of experts for the blood, sweat and tears you’ve put into what you do.

They’re also a cost-effective way to create social proof that you produce quality work, whether a professional service, manufacturer or even social enterprise, which in turn helps potential clients make the decision to pick up the phone and talk with you over someone else.

Award nominations also help to increase staff morale and provide a sense of pride with employees.
