As a builder, developer and sales agent, Choice Homes requires regular and targeted sales collateral for its client base. The company utilises a sales channel of referrers and property marketers who rely on high-quality and detailed information to sell its products. Zakazukha has been working with the company since 2015 and is tasked with producing a range of property and development branding collateral for new home estates, sales brochures, presentation folders, newsletters, websites and digital marketing, as well as its highly regarded annual Urban Appeal magazine.

With so many choices for new home buyers, particularly in the high-growth areas of the northern Gold Coast and southern Brisbane, creating attention grabbing yet informative collateral was paramount in helping Choice Homes stand out above its competition.

Zakazukha helped establish the now annual Urban Appeal magazine, a 52-page publication covering the Choice Homes story and point-of-difference, regional insights and statistics, and details on its home designs in various estates and developments. This magazine is printed and distributed nationally to their sales network as well as online.

A number of new estates requiring branding, advertising, brochures and other sales collateral have been developed in recent years, as well as MPM retail sales and promotional materials, have been created to assist Choice Homes in its day-to-day business and to continue to be one of the leading builders and developers in Queensland.
